Anti-Spam Policy

Headcount365, Inc prohibits the advertising or promotion of headcount365.com, and any of our other domains, products, or services, through unsolicited electronic messages.

This prohibition applies to Headcount365, Inc, our employees, our affiliates, our resellers and partners, and any third-party vendor, agency, or contractor acting on our behalf.

We do not send unsolicited bulk email. Email from our platform is transactional and is sent only to registered users of customer accounts, in connection with services those customers have purchased. Every recipient can unsubscribe from non-essential messages.

We do not purchase, rent, or use third-party email lists to promote our services. Any marketing communication we send requires that the recipient has opted in or has an existing business relationship with us, and complies with applicable law including the CAN-SPAM Act, CASL, and the GDPR.

We require every vendor and partner who markets on our behalf to comply with this policy in writing. Violation is grounds for immediate termination of the engagement.

To report a message you believe violates this policy, contact abuse@headcount365.com. We investigate all reports and act on confirmed violations.
