Our founding team lived the headcount nightmare firsthand. While leading strategic talent acquisition and scaling global recruiting infrastructure at industry giants like Uber, Bird, and Clutter, we experienced the weekly frustration of broken formulas, misaligned hiring targets, and endless cross-departmental alignment meetings.

We saw that even the most sophisticated venture-backed companies were attempting to duct-tape multi-million dollar workforce plans together using analog spreadsheets. We realized the market didn't just need another tool, it needed a definitive orchestration framework. So, we built it.

Meet Our Founders

Eric Guidice is a veteran talent acquisition executive, workforce management expert, and the architect behind the Headcount Orchestration Methodology. Over the course of his career, Eric has served as a strategic recruiting leader responsible for scaling complex organizational infrastructure at hyper-growth tech companies, including Uber, Bird, and Clutter.

In addition to his corporate leadership, Eric is a dedicated builder in the global talent ecosystem. He is the founder of Unicorn Talent and the co-founder of Talent Bootcamp, a non-profit organization focused on accelerating careers in talent acquisition.

An alumnus of the University of Delaware’s Alfred Lerner College of Business & Economics, Eric is a recognized thought leader in the HR tech space. His insights on workforce planning, startup talent strategy, and headcount execution have been featured in Forbes, prominent industry podcasts, and leading enterprise publications worldwide.

Scott Eichengrun is an operational architect, dedicated to transforming systemic enterprise inefficiencies into sleek, programmatically secure workflows. As Co-Founder & CTO of headcount365, Scott maps the technical logic, secure data bridges, and platform guardrails that allow modern corporations to run with absolute financial and operational integrity.

headcount365 is the next evolution of a long-standing building partnership with Eric Guidice. In 2019, the duo launched Unicorn Talent, where Scott architected the deep data models that optimized hiring pipelines for hundreds of enterprise recruiting teams. A staunch advocate for enterprise data protection, Scott piloted headcount365 through its rigorous SOC 2 compliance certifications, establishing the company's framework for data security.

A native New Yorker, Scott is also in the non-profit sector. He serves as the co-founder of Talent Bootcamp, a 501(c)(3) dedicated to training underserved community members for tech-sector roles.
